MOSA Design Studios, LLC. was founded in 2009 by Architect and entrepreneur Monica Fenderson. Our team is comprised of sustainable architects, interior designers, and real estate developers—including our managing partner Samuel Fenderson. We are a proud DBE firm that is AIA, NCARB, and LEED Georgia certified. We’re based in Atlanta but have nationwide partnerships.
